Hello, I go by a couple of online handles, Saeber most of the time now, Darmuth in the past. I am cis male (he/him) and in my 40’s. I have been and avid gamer, mostly RPGs, and have RPed most of my life in various forms, TT, PBeM, Forums, Discord, and in game mainly FFXIV. I enjoy it, and find my writing as passable, though my friends always tell me I tend to be way to hard on myself. All the FFXIV characters listed here are on the Crystal Data Center, either Balmung or Mateus. I am open for in game RP, but because of real life limitations, work, and time zone (Central US or UTC-6) it normally must be something scheduled ahead of time, and usually in the evening or weekends. Discord RP suits me a little bit better because of its slower pace and much easier to fit in a post across the day vs a full RP.In term or in RP limitations, for me communication is the key.I understand the use of the X-Card. When it comes to triggering or violent topics, I’m okay with most of those if it’s communicated ahead of time, and I will respect anyone who wishes not to breach certain topics. There will sometimes be topics I don’t wish to deal with in story and hope, if I let you know or use the X-Card, you would respect that as well. When it comes to ERP, I prefer to “Fade to Black” for nearly all instances for various reasons. When I write it isn’t for my characters to get their rocks off. If it makes sense for the story and scene yes it could happen, though like I said most, if not all the time, it will “Fade to Black” and even then, never the first time our characters meet. Once more communication is the key.Okay that’s about it for me. If you’re seeing this, you have either seen it on my Bluesky or in Discord and thus should have ways to reach me if you would like to chat about setting things up. Please forgive me though if I don’t reply right away, sometimes it’s real life and sometimes I have to force myself to talk to those I don’t know. I hope you enjoy the look at my different characters, I am always open for comments and constructive criticism about my work, hard to improve if you don’t know you’re making a mistake.GLHF and take care.
